Polar Puffs & Cakes Franchise Terms (Not Applicable for Singapore.)

FRANCHISE BENEFITS:

The franchisee shall be entitled to

[1]	Operate an agreed number of outlets under the same proprietary name and marks of "Polar Puffs & Cakes";
[2]	Offer "Polar Puffs & Cakes" proprietary product offerings;
[3]	Make use of "Polar Puffs & Cakes" system and processes to manage and operate the business.

TERRITORY:

Exclusive Area Franchise and Exclusive Country Franchise available (except for Singapore).

INITIAL FRANCHISE FEE:

OUTLET OPENING FEE:

Depends on business plan and territory.

ROYALTIES:

To be advised.

TERM OF FRANCHISE:

Ten (10) years from the date of signing the Franchise Agreement with option to renew for additional 5 years.
