Fill up the application form (available at any outlet) and hand it to any of our service staff together with an administrative fee of $10.00.

We will mail you the Polaris Card together with a welcome pack*. Your Polaris
Card will be mailed together with a welcome pack**. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks
for processing.
     
  Renewal
     
  Spend a minimum of $600 nett within 2 years to be automatically rewarded with a free 2-year membership renewal.
     
  Spend a minimum of $1200 nett within 2 years to be automatically upgraded
to our Polaris Gold membership with a free 2-year membership renewal.

Polaris Gold members are entitled to 10% discount at all outlets.
     
  If your spending falls below $600, kindly re-apply for a Polaris Club membership with an administrative fee of $10.00.
